Overall

... the menthol was a bit much for me to handle at first. But, that only took a few hours and Sinapse definitely is one of the best flavors I've ever had. Agreed with almost everyone on this review site that you get a taste of apple, bite of cinnamon, and release of menthol so it's a nice combo indeed.

Will definitely purchase more if I can beat everyone else on the waiting list as I've used up my 10mg bottle in about 3 days now.

Would definitely recommend!

However, there is only one bad thing that I have noticed with it...

The flavor is so strong that it basically made all my other e-juices taste terrible and rather dulll. So, Sinapse is a hard act to follow. Basically I had to wait until the next day to use my other flavors to allow my taste buds to reset. Please note that Sinapse is my first fruity flavor so that may have been an issue as well...

"I just started vaping about three weeks ago, and I'm in love with this flavor! I ordered Sinapse out of curiosity, and six others from other brands a friend swore by.... Let's just say the husband and fought over it to the last drop. It's so smooth, just sweet enough, and the cinnamon doesn't burn. Husband says it's like Big Red gum, but not so on your face. Needless to say, but I am ordering a 30ml this time!! On a side note, NicQuid is the best brand out all the ones I ordered, hands down! Thank you!!...Love the amount of vapor too. Pretty good stuff. I really felt like I was tasting the actual juice flowing on to my tongue. It wasn't of course. But I felt like it was just a little too harsh when it hit the back of my throat. Very tasty tho. Ill probably use it to add a few drops here and there to a nearly full tank, just to get a small taste. (Posted on 9/27/2013)

I used to be a hardcore fruit lover, and I'll be honest, I HATE MENTHOL. Hated it in regular cigarettes, and in every other liquid I've tried. I love this though, and it's become just about the only one I want to smoke. Great warmth on your tongue from the cinnamon, cool bite in your throat and nose on the exhale. None of the flavors are overpowering individually and they blend so well together it's unbelievable. Give this a shot, and I can just about promise you'll love it like nobody's business!! I was at the Columbus store and the owner let us try a bunch of different flavors. He told us right up front do not try this until you have tried everything first. I know why now. It is very strong and excellent! The owner ( Demitri ) described it as "an eyebrow lifter" and that would be a very accurate description. I have been mixing this with other tobacco flavors and I love it. This is a must try for everyone. If it is too strong try mixing it with one of your favorites

I like cinnamon, I don't like apples, but with all the good reviews I decided to try it. I can taste the apple and cinnamon, and I still don't like the apple. However it did have a great throat hit and lots of vapor. I had also bought Sinthol which was all cinnamon and I loved it. (Posted on 6/1/2013)

I am so glad I got this. I figured it would be a bit like a menthol flavor because cinnamon is not a subtle flavor. I do not like menthol AT ALL, however this flavor is fantastic. The first time vaping I almost thought I somehow inhaled liquid, I was not expecting the cool sensation (similar to menthol). The apple is more of an after note, with the cinnamon being the front runner. It is fantastic, I wish I had gone lower on the nicotine as I feel this could be an all day vape for me.
