WOW! You talk about service - you can't get any better. I ordered my pink BB on a Friday and received it Monday. I love my BB. I got the protected batteries, and they last me a whole day. The BB fits perfectly in my hand and sits on the table next to my recliner while I'm on my computer. I can only say, what a great product and service is outstanding!!
