While not huge, this small shop has satisfactorily fulfilled all of my ecig needs to date.
As proprietor, Robert himself has been surprisingly accessible, friendly, and helpful in communicating and answering all of my questions and concerns quickly. His shop's prices are highly competitive, and his shipping and fulfillment of orders is impressive - all of my orders have been packaged and mailed swiftly, securely, and safely.
AltSmoke provides a refreshingly "old fashioned" level of attention to customer service, sorely missed in today's impersonal world of online shopping. On the occasion where I had an issue with a purchase, AltSmoke not only quickly replaced an item, but also followed up, making sure that the process went fairly and smoothly. It was evident that my satisfaction with the transaction was of high importance.
Now with a new web site, with it's updates to interface design, shopping process, and customer tools (like tracking, online chat, wish lists etc.), AltSomke demonstrates its intention to stay up to date and succeed, evolving its product offerings and improving an already great customer experience. Other online ecig vendors would do well to note this effort as a model of customer service and satisfaction. AltSmoke obviously intends to stay in business - as far as I can tell, it's should and deserves to do well.

OldBiker, Mississippi Hi all, I had a slight problem with billing and duplicate orders yesterday, MY FAULT not Robs. After a cpl of emails Rob called me just to make sure everything was cleared up. Even though this is my 1st order with him, and not a very big one at that, He went to the trouble to make sure everything was right and He did so quickly. I haven't dealt with a lot of e-cig suppliers as I'm still rather new, but I know from experience that a lot of online retailers of other products are nowhere near this helpful. Phovasia, Maryland I ordered Wednesday around noon, my order was here Friday at 2:00. It is as if Rob was hanging out at the post office having the orders called in to him. I ordered a 901 starter, a pass through, and two extra vaporizers. They all work great.
Even with some sort of mailing glitch, Rob got back to everyone who ordered that day to let us know there was a glitch and he would make it up to us. Speaking of which, I was not the one glitched but do I still get the deal? I did suffer mild, something or other, as a resultQdilla, IL Rob u the man got my ubs passthru in two days WTF! Other shippers and suppliers take a note,write it down,and take a picture.This is how u get stuff done,Can't wait too try the juice
