All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service. The speed of the delivery is mostly based upon the selection made during checkout. The speeds are listed below:

Express Mail:
The Fastest shipping method you can select. From the day that it is shipped it will take 1-2 business days to arrive. Guaranteed. This is the only option that is actually guaranteed, if it does not respond within the 2 business day period please let us know so we can get a refund processed for the shipping costs.

Priority Mail:
The Second Fastest method. The average time period for Priority mail is 2-5 business Days.This shipping method is not guaranteed.

First Class Mail:
The slowest method, but also the cheapest. These can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to be delivered. This shipping method is not guaranteed.


First Class International: This is the slowest form of shipping internationally. Can take anywhere from 7 days - 30 days. Does not include tracking outside of the US.
Priority Mail International: This is the average form of shipping internationally. Can take anywhere from 7 days - 14 days. Does not include tracking outside of the US..
Express Mail International: This is the Fasted form of shipping internationally. Typically takes anywhere from 4-7 days.Does include tracking.

Please Note: This includes typical transit time for international orders. Please be aware that USPS International First Class Mail and International Priority Mail are NOT trackable outside the USA. USPS Express Mail International is trackable. Without tracking we can not accept any claims of non delivery or lost packages.We are not responsible for Country's Customs refusing the product and will not pay to reship the product out. Shipping Speed Averages

We try to get all packages ordered out the same day, but as we live in the Eastern Time Zone we do stop packing around 3pm EST to give us enough time to make it to the post office. If we do not get out your package the same day, we will get it out the next business day. We are known for our quick and speed deliveries and understand that purchasing online can take quite some time to arrive. We make our best to get your purchase out as quickly as possible. From the USPS side, here are the average delivery times for our shipping options. These were taken from 10/21/10-11/21/10:

First Class Mail: 2.9 Days

Wrong Address in Orders

While we all try to be perfect there are some times issues that occur when placing a order. If you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address please contact us immediately via our toll free phone number: (855) ALT-SMOKE (855-258-7665). Talk to someone from Customer Service Immediately. The reason is that we our very quick with shipping out orders that it may be too late to catch this shipment. During these stressful moments we do require the items to make their natural course to be returned, while we can try to get in touch with your local post office and inform them of this package it is not 100% effective and may still either be delivered or returned. Before we resend out the product we require either the return of the initial order or repurchase of the order. Once we receive the other package back we will issue a refund for it.
