Do I need other items?
Just the Battery that you select and the Atomizer that you select.
Anything else I need to know about?
Don't use 'compatible' atomizers to on the adapter ends. For instance, don't use the 302 on the 801 end. The contacts may be slightly different and will more than likely cause an issue. So only use a 901 on the 901 end, only use a 801 on the 801 end, and only use a 401 on the 401 end.
